Secure management of privacy-sensitive files is an absolute priority for Dockx Rhenus Archisafe. In consultation with our customers, we develop specific customized concepts for data protection and archive management.
Dockx Rhenus Archisafe archive locations provide maximum security and protection against unauthorized access, theft, fire and water damage.
An important element is the anonymous and random storage of archives. On the outside of the archival goods, only a barcode is visible. That barcode is a random number without meaning, which makes the archival goods anonymous. Archival goods from all customers are mixed together in storage. Only the computer system can tell to whom a record belongs and where it is located.
Our archive management application is built by our own IT department and hosted in our own data center. Every document movement is recorded in an audit-proof filing system, so the status of each document is always retrievable. In addition, the system provides maximum security and protection against unauthorized access. Each customer is given a unique login. It is possible to obtain multiple logins per company so that each department can access their documents.
