Thanks to a unique barcode applied to each document in the archive, each document can be quickly and easily recognized by the archive management system. In addition, up to fifty different registration fields can be defined for each document, to be formulated by you. The record is searchable on all of these attributes through the online records management tool BNP (Business Network Platform). This allows a fast, effective and targeted search of the document.
