We can also physically make your documents available to authorized users within your organization through our delivery service. In this convenient all-in-one tool, every document movement is recorded in an audit-proof filing system, so the status of each document can always be retrieved.
Easily search for your records with the BNP (Business Network Platform). You can filter by your own created search fields. The availability of an archive item is displayed with a status light (green - orange - red). If the archive unit is available, add it to your shopping cart and choose your delivery method. New boxes or barcodes can also be ordered here.
Scan on Demand is Dockx Rhenus Archisafe's digital archive solution that allows you to access archived files easily and quickly. To order the file, search for the relevant file online via BNP and select the appropriate SLA (service level agreement). The file is accessed in our secure archive and is scanned and delivered by our staff via an SFTP server or choose delivery via email with an encrypted attachment. Your chosen documents are quickly available digitally with standard delivery within 24 hours, or urgent delivery within 4 hours.
Would you prefer to physically consult your archives and have them delivered to your office? Dockx Rhenus Archisafe delivers the original records in addition to digital retrieval. As with digital retrieval, retrieval is simple via the BNP (Business Network Platform). When you place your order, you choose the delivery method and time. You can choose standard delivery (within 24 hours) or express delivery (within 4 hours), both with GPS tracking, depending on your chosen service level.
